1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to redtube. By registering an account, accessing profile galleries, or initiating communications through our platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue access to redtube immediately.

2. 18 U.S.C. 2257 Recordkeeping Compliance

All models, creators, and individuals featured in photographs or live streaming channels on redtube were 18 years of age or older at the time the imagery was produced. Required age documentation records are maintained by the respective content custodians in strict adherence to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

3. Member Conduct & Prohibited Activities

The redtube network operates on the principles of mutual respect, transparency, and explicit consent. The following actions are strictly prohibited and result in immediate profile termination without notice:

Distribution of non-consensual media, revenge content, or imagery of minors.
Harassment, stalking, blackmail, extortion, or aggressive unsolicited messaging.
Commercial solicitation, third-party link stuffing, prostitution, or human trafficking.
Deploying automated scraping bots, account generators, or hacking scripts against redtube infrastructure.

4. Subscriptions, VIP Memberships & Billing

Basic registration on redtube is free. Optional premium memberships or creator tipping services are billed under generic, discrete descriptors that contain no mention of adult content or redtube. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via member settings prior to the billing date.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The redtube platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we employ automated biometric verification and manual profile review, redtube does not conduct background checks on members. Users are responsible for exercising personal caution and discretion when arranging real-world meetings.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
